The Site is operated by Red Queen Resorts (“Red Queen Resorts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in a limited partnership with Aura Restored LLC (“Aura Restored”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to book, request booking services, or otherwise transact with us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Informational Purpose; No On‑Site Payments

The Site is provided for informational and inquiry purposes only. No payments are accepted through the Site. Any booking, package finalization, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and related requirements will be confirmed separately by an authorized agent and/or in a separate agreement, invoice, or written confirmation.

3. Booking Inquiries and Communications

By submitting an inquiry form, emailing us, or otherwise contacting us through the Site, you authorize Red Queen Resorts and Aura Restored to contact you at the email address, phone number, or other contact method you provide for customer service, administrative, and booking-related purposes.

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design elements, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Red Queen Resorts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RED QUEEN RESORTS OR AURA RESTORED (OR THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
